摘要 进行可靠性度量时,为了能综合处理实际工程中常见的随机性、模糊性和源信息的不完全可信性,在云理论的基础上提出了可靠性度量云模型。首先在应力-强度干涉模型的基础上推导出可靠度的可能性分布,然后以此为基础建立了可靠度的可信度云模型。该模型不仅能将多种不确定性综合地体现在可靠性度量结果中,而且在常规可靠性和模糊可靠性之间架起了一座桥梁。通过利用该模型计算继电器吸合可靠度的具体实例,进一步验证了该模型的实用性。 Randomness, fuzziness and the incomplete credibility of source information are very common in practical engineering. In order to deal with these uncertainties comprehensively when reliability is measured, a reliability measure cloud model is proposed on the basis of the cloud theory. The possibility distribution of reliability is deduced based on the stress-strength interference model firstly. Then, a credibility cloud model of reliability is established based on this distribution. Several uncertainties are reflected comprehensively in the reliability measurement results. And connection is established between the conventional reliability and fuzzy reliability by means of its three numerical characters in this model. Study on the suction reliability of retay also shows that this model has extensive practicability.
