摘要
分析了线路电容和接地电阻对'S'信号定位方法的影响,计算出'S'信号法能够正确定位的前提条件。为了提高'S'信号法的准确性,提出在检测点分析'S'信号电压相量和电流相量相位关系的定位方法。由于电压相量在变电站检测,而电流相量在线路上检测,因此提出GPRS移动通信技术和GPS同步测量技术相结合的实现方案,并且介绍了故障定位装置的软硬件结构。10kV实际系统的模拟试验结果充分验证了该方法的正确性与实用性。
The paper analyzes the influence of capacitance and grounding resistance on "S" signal fault location method and concludes the prerequisite to correct location. In order to improve the accuracy of "S" signal fault location method, a locating method of analyzing the phase relationship between "S" signal voltage phasor and current phasor at testing point is proposed. The voltage phasor is measured in the substation, while the current phasor is measured on the line. So a technique scheme based on the combination of GPRS mobile communication technology and GPS synchronized measurement is presented, and the structure of fault location device is introduced. The simulation experiment results in the 10 kV physical model show the correctness and applicability of this method.
