论我国规范行政责任的机制建设

On the Establishment of Mechanisms of Standard Administration Responsibility

本文认为 ,就我国进一步规范行政责任的具体措施而言 ,主要应通过行政管理体制改革、法制建设、政治体制改革、行政文化建设 ,从组织管理、责任规制、监督与制裁。

The paper argues that specific measure to standardize administration responsibility can be established by reforming administration management systyem, constructing legal system, reforming politics system, constructing administration culture. Responsibility system, supervision and sanctions, the sense of responsibility can be attributed to the establishment of mechanisms of administration responsibility.
