私营经济已经成为我国经济发展的一翼 ,但其经营环境仍不容乐观。本文从影响私营经济的外部环境入手 ,就如何优化私营经济的经营环境进行探讨和分析 。

Private economy is a branch of the national economy in our country, however, the management environment of the private economy is not optimistic. The paper studies the external environment, which influences the private economy, and put forth to some specififc measures to optimize the management environment of the private economy.
