摘要
素质教育的关键在于教师素质 ,教师素质的核心就是教学能力。不同的社会历史发展阶段 ,社会对人才规格要求的不同 ,对教师的教学能力的要求也就不一样。那么 ,在世纪之交 ,人类社会正在步入“知识经济”时代 ,为了培养 2 1世纪高素质的人才 ,中学教师应当具备什么样的教学能力呢 ?调查研究表明 ,合理的知识结构、教学设计能力、课堂讲授能力、调动学生主体性的能力、教学测评能力和教学研究能力等 。
Teachers' qualities are vital to quality education, and the core of quality education is teaching abilities. In different historical periods, the requirements for teachers' teaching quality are different because society needs different kinds of talents. Therefore, when human society is entering an era of “knowledge-based economy”, what teaching qualities should teachers obtain to cultivate 21 st century's talents? Investigation reveals that reasonable knowledge structures, teaching design capacities, class-teaching skill, the capabilities of promoting students' initiatives, teaching evaluation abilities, and teaching research competence are important parts of teaching qualities for secondary school teachers.
