倍他乐克联合阿托伐他汀对舒张性心力衰竭心功能及运动耐量的影响

Effects of Betaloc in combination with Atorvastatin on cardiac function and exercise tolerance in patients with diastolic heart failure

目的观察倍他乐克联合阿托伐他汀对舒张性心力衰竭心功能及运动耐量的影响,方法入选60例舒张性心力衰竭患者,随机分为两组,一组为对照组接受倍他乐克治疗,另一组为治疗组倍他乐克联合阿托伐他汀,两组疗程均为12周,观察及比较治疗前后心功能,运动耐量,评估两组治疗的临床效果。结果治疗组在心功能,运动耐量改善方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克联合阿托伐他汀能有效提高舒张性心力衰竭患者心功能及运动耐量。

Objective To observe the effects of Betaloc in combination with Atorvastatin on cardiac function and exercise tolerance in patients with diastolic heart failure.Methods 60 patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into tow groups,the control group receive Betaloc,and the treatment group receive betaloc puls Atorvastatin theraphy,they were treated for 12 weeks,the changes of cardiac function and exercise tolerance were observed and compared before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical effects of tow groups.Results The improvement of the treatment group＇results of cardiac function and exercise tolerance were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Betaloc in combination with Atorvastatin can effectively improve cardiac function and exercise tolerance in patients with diastolic heart failure.
