地屈孕酮用于先兆流产保胎治疗的临床效果观察

The effect observation of bend progesterone for early threatened abortion

目的探讨地屈孕酮用于早期先兆流产保胎治疗的效果。方法采用口服地屈孕酮(口服组)和肌内注射体黄酮注射液(肌内注射组)治疗因黄体功能不全引起先兆流产患者各40例观察其临床症状、体征及血清孕酮(P)变化。结果两组间临床症状、体征及P水平差异无显著性。结论口服地屈孕酮与肌内注射黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产均有良好疗效,但口服治疗简单方便,患者能很好在家休息,并且避免肌内注射引起的紧张及疼痛不适,所以地屈孕酮用于治疗黄体功能不全所致的先兆流产更方便安全可靠,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate zhe effect of bend progesterone for early threatened abortion.Methods 80 patients with threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with oral progesterone,and the control group with progesterone intramuscular.Results The clinical symptoms,signs and treatment were not significantly different between two groups.Conclusion It has good effect that threatened abortion was theated with bend progesterone per os or progesterone intramuscular injection.But it is easy and convenient for the patients to take treatment inper os in the period of treatment.They can avold going to hospital every day,avoid the ache of intramuscular injection and only stay at home to have a good rest.So it has more feasibility to take bend progesterone per os for early threatened abortion with luteal phase defect.
