手法整复结合椎体成形术在治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折中的作用

Clinical observation of manipulative reduction plus percutaneous vertebraplasty in the treatment of osteoporosis thoracic waist compression fracture

目的分析探讨手法整复结合椎体成形术在治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折中的作用。方法将36例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组各18例,观察组患者给予手法整复结合椎体成形术治疗,对照组给予经皮kyphon球囊扩张后凸成形术。结果所有患者的术后椎体高度、节段后凸cobb角及VAS评分指数等较术前均有显著的改善(P<0.05);观察组平均手术时间(67.8±12.0)min,对照组平均手术时间(116.5±11.5)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法整复结合椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折安全、有效,操作时间短且成功率高,能够早期解除患者腰背痛,利于病情康复。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of manipulative reduction plus percutaneous vertebraplasty in the treatment of osteoporosis thoracic waist compression fracture.Methods 36 patients with osteoporosis thoracic waist compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,each in 18 cases.The patients in observation group were treated with manipulative reduction plus percutaneous vertebraplasty,the patients in control group were treated with percutaneous kyphon saccule extensionplasty.Results The centrum height,cobb angle and VAS score were significant differences between the preoperative （P〈0.05）.The average operation time in the observation group was（67.8±12.0）minutes,The average operation time in the control group was（116.5±11.5）minutes,there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Curative effect is dependable for manipulative reduction plus percutaneous vertebraplasty in the treatment of osteoporosis thoracic waist compression fracture,it call improve prognosis and raise life quality of the patients.
