食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的原因分析

The causes of the anastomotic stoma stenosis following esophageal carcinoma operation

目的分析研究食管癌术后患者吻合口良性狭窄发生的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年12月我科手术治疗的89例食管癌患者的临床资料,对其中术后发生吻合口狭窄14例患者的病因进行总结和分析。结果切缘癌残留、吻合口瘘对吻合口狭窄发生率有极显著性影响(P<0.05),吻合方式对吻合口狭窄发生率有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论切缘癌残留、吻合口瘘、多层吻合是食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的高危因素,对这些因素进行控制可以降低吻合口狭窄的发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the causes of the anastomotic stoma stenosis following esophageal carcinoma operation.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 89 patients with esophageal carcinoma who were admitted in our hospital from January 2008to January 2011,14 patients were occurrence anastomotic stoma stenosis following esophageal carcinoma operation,the cause of a disease were observation.Results Limbus carcinoma residue,the fistula of anastomotic stoma had related to stenostomatous （P〈0.05）,anastomosis form also has related to stenostomatous （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Limbus carcinoma residue,the fistula of anastomotic stoma and anastomosis form have related to stenostomatous,we should control these factors to reduce the incidence of anastomosis stricture,it can improve the quality of life for the patients.
