摘要
目的探讨试管婴儿(以下简称IVF-ET)孕产妇的特殊心理及护理策略。方法通过回顾2010年1月至2011年12月在我院就诊的50例IVF-ET孕产妇的临床资料,并与2010年前的50例比较。结果较之对照组,实施相关护理的观察组IVF-ET孕产妇的早产率低,顺产率高,妊娠终止情况少(P<0.05)。结论对IVF-ET孕产妇实施相关护理,可明显改善孕产妇的妊娠结局,值得研究推广。
Objective To observe the special psychoanalysis of IVF-ETmaternal and the nursing.Strategy Methods The clinical materials of 50 IVF-ET maternal were reviewed from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011,and were compared with 50 before 2010.Results Compared with the control group,the preterm birth rate was significantly lower,the birth rate was significantly higher,and the termination of pregnancy was significantly less in the observation group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The related nursing of IVF-ET maternal can help to improve pregnancy outcome,and be worth to research deeply.
