谈连云港南云台片区总体规划中的城乡统筹

On urban and rural harmonious development in general planning for South Yuntai district of Lianyungang

基于统筹城乡发展是打破城乡二元结构、解决"三农"问题的基本途径,以连云港市南云台片区总体规划为例,分析了连云港与南云台片区的城乡统筹发展、南云台片区自身的城乡统筹发展,从而对其他城乡的协调发展提供科学的指导。

Based on the fact that the harmonious development of the urban and rural areas in the fundamental channel to break the binary structure of urban and rural areas and solve the issues on the ＂Three Rural Issues＂,analyzes the urban and rural harmonious development between Lianyungang and South Yuntai district by taking the general planning for the South Yuntai district of Lianyungang,as well as its own urban and rural harmonious development,so as to provide the scientific direction for the coordinative development for other urban and rural areas.
