基于CMM思想指导工业项目节能管理评价的可行性

On feasibility of energy-saving management evaluation of industrial programs based on the thought of CMM

结合当前我国工业项目节能管理评价的研究现状和不足,介绍了CMM成熟度模型,并分析CMM对于指导工业项目节能管理体系的优点,总结出影响工业项目能耗的四个关键过程域,初步研究结果认为以CMM思想指导工业项目节能管理评价是较为可行的。

Combining with the current status and shortages in the energy-saving management evaluation of the industrial programs in China,the paper introduces the maturity model of CMM,analyzes the advantages of the CMM in the direction for the energy-saving management system in industrial programs,sums up the four key process fields which influence the energy-consumption of the industrial programs,and proves by the results of the primary research that the energy-saving management evaluation of the industrial programs with the thought of CMM is feasible.
