摘要
根据笔者近年分包合同管理工作的经验,结合分包合同管理实践中发现的问题及产生的原因,提出加强合同管理的若干措施,以期完善分包合同管理体系,防范分包合同风险。
According to the author's subcontract management experience in recent years,integrating with problems and causes of subcontract management practice,the paper puts forward several measures for strengthening contract management,with a view to improve subcontract management system and to prevent subcontract risks.
