成都市自2009年实施城乡医保并轨,将原来同时运行的7项制度整合为城镇职工基本医疗保险和城乡居民基本医疗保险两大制度。形成了以两大制度为支柱,大病互助保险为补充,缴费和待遇标准多层次、保险关系转移接续全市无障碍的城乡一体化医疗保障体系。
