摘要
针对目前采空区防火的困难和不足,设计了一种基于Zig Bee的无线传感器网络对采空区温度进行实时监测。系统各个节点以CC2430为核心,终端温度采集节点通过温度传感器DS18B20采集采空区浮煤的温度,数据经终端节点采用无线的方式传递到路由节点,路由节点通过多跳的方式将数据汇聚到协调器节点,并进行数据处理后通过CAN总线把温度值传递到上位机。该系统弥补了有线设备因布线而带来的成本问题,具有成本低、可靠性高、易于组网的优点。对监测采空区温度,预防采空区浮煤自燃提供了有效的方法。
In view of the disadvantages of the prevention and control technology of spontaneous combustion in goaf,a wireless temperature monitoring system based on Zig Bee technology is designed.The system nodes revolve around CC2430,end nodes sense the temperature of goaf in mine by temperature sensor DS18B20,datas are sent to routing nodes from end nodes by the way of wireless,and routing nodes gather the datas to coordinator node via multi-hop.coordinator nodes transmit the processed temperature data to the host computer through CAN bus.The system has the advantage of low cost,high reliability,easy networking.This system provide an effective way to monitor the temperature and prevent of spontaneous combustion in goaf.
