摘要
目的:探讨退行性腰椎滑脱症(D.S)的有效治疗及护理。方法:采用红花注射液10ml加伊痛舒2ml行脊柱两旁的夹脊穴注射,骶管神经阻滞、龙氏手法复位及患者平卧YK-智能温热牵引床牵引10～15次一疗程。结果:本组45例,治愈28例,约占62.3%,显效15例,约占33.3%,无效2例,约占4.4%,有效率约为95.6%。结论:通过这样的综合性非手术治疗和精心护理这类病人,取得了较好的疗效,及时为病人解除了病痛。
Objective： Explore degenerative lumbar olisthe disease （D.S） the effective treatment and nursing care.Methods： Adopt safflower injection 10ml Jiayitongshu 2ml line both sides of the shu spinal injections, clamping point sacral tube ridge nerve block and patient prostration child gimmick reset YK - smart tepid traction bed traction 10 to 15 times one period of treatme.Results： This 28 cases 45 cases, cure, accounting for approximately 62.3% respectively, 15 cases, about 〈 2 cases, invalid 33.3%, accounting forapproximately 4.4%, efticient about 95.6% .Conclusions： Through such comprehensive nonoperative treatment and careful nursing such patients, and achieved good effect, in time for the patient lifted the disease.
