院前急救干预治疗在口服农药中毒病人中的作用评价

Evaluation of Prehospital Emergency Intervention Therapy in Oral Pesticides Poisoning Patient

目的:研究院前急救治疗在口服农药中毒病人中的作用。方法:通过对83例经院前急救治疗的口服农药中毒病人的服毒量、平均住院天数、住院费用、抢救成功率、死亡率与17例未经院前急救治疗的病人作比较。结果:院前急救治疗病人的平均住院天数和住院费用均低于非经院前急救治疗的病人,抢救成功率均高于未经院前急救治疗的病人。结论:经院前急救干预治疗的病人由于提前得到及时有效的救治,使病人住院费用降低,抢救成功率增加。

Objective： To study the pre-hospital emergency treatment in oral pesticides poisoning patients in rats.Methods： 83 cases of scholastic first aid treatment oral pesticide poisoning patients taking poison quantity, average length of stay, hospital costs, the successful rescue rate, mortality and 17 cases were not scholastic first aid patients for comparison.Results： the pre-hospital emergency treatment the average patient length of stay and hospital costs were lower than the scholastic first aid treatment of patients, the success rate of rescue were higher scholastic first aid treatment patients. Conclusions： scholastic first aid intervention in the treatment of patients with early get timely and effective medical treatment, the patient to reduce the cost, the successful rescue rate increase.
