中国模式是否存在的辩论,涉及到经济学基本范式之间的对话。新古典经济学的均衡思维本质是静态的、维持现状的西方经济学理论。要理解中国发展的历史道路,必须要用历史的和全球的视野以及演化论的方法。复杂科学的应用开辟了综合各派经济学成果的道路。本文具体分析了新古典经济学理论和华盛顿共识的局限,比较了中国和其他国家的发展道路,为理解中国改革开放的经验提出新的研究方向。

The debate on the China model involved an extensive dialogue among competing economic paradigms. The equilibrium thinking in neoclassical economics is a static theory in nature, which aims to maintain the status quo. To better understanding China＇s development approach, we need a global historical sight with an evolutionary perspective. The emerging science of complexity paves the way of integrating this inter- disciplinary research. In this paper, the limitation of neoclassical economic theory and the Washington consensus is discussed based on comparative studies in world economy. New directions in economic theory are proposed to explain China＇s rapid development in the past thirty years.
