Marx's Influence on Western Economics

马克思在拓宽研究领域、改进分析方法和基本理论创新三个方面,对西方经济学的发展产生了重要影响。马克思经济学与西方经济学在研究对象和研究方法上存在着某种共性,是马克思能够对西方经济学产生影响的前提条件;马克思站在比所有西方经济学者都更高的角度研究资本主义经济,则是马克思至今仍然能够对西方经济学产生巨大影响的根本原因。

Marx has Significant influence on the development of western economics in three aspects-- broadening research field, improving analytical method and innovating fundamental theory. There are certain general characteristics in the research objects and research method between Marxian economics and Western economics, which are the pre-conditions for Marx to make influence on western economics. The basic reason of why Marx can have such important influence on the development of western economics till now is that he researched the capitalist economy from a higher angle than any other western economists.
