致伤方式对外伤性鼓膜穿孔愈合的影响

The impact of injured manner on healing of traumatic perforations of tympanic membrane

目的:观察直接暴力与间接暴力所致鼓膜穿孔自然愈合的时间,探讨影响鼓膜穿孔的愈合因素。方法:对58例伤后48 h内就诊的外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者进行耳内镜检查并行鼓膜照相,不行任何外科干预,瞩其防污水入耳,每周复查至少1次,复查至鼓膜穿孔愈合为止。结果:直接暴力伤所致鼓膜穿孔平均愈合时间为(16.30±4.88)d,间接暴力伤所致鼓膜穿孔平均愈合时间为(28.77±5.87)d,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:致伤方式是影响外伤性鼓膜穿孔愈合的原因之一。

Objective： To observe the natural healing time of the traumatic perforations of tympanic membrane caused by direct or indirect violence,and explore the impact on healing of traumatic perforations of tympanic membrane. Methods： 58 outpatients with traum tic perforations of tympanis membrabe hurt within 48 hours were examined by otoendoscopy without any surgical treatment.The injury was recorded by tympanic membrane photography.The wound was reviewed at least once a week avoiding sewage interference until the wound healed. Results： The average healing time of the direct violence injury group and the indirect violence injury group was（16.30±4.88）days and（28.77±5.87）days respectively,revealing that the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The injure manner plays an important role in healing time of the traumatic perforations of tympanic membrane.
