术前辅助治疗对浆细胞性乳腺炎疗效的影响

The effect of preoperative adjuvant therapy on the plasma cell mastitis

目的:探讨术前辅助治疗对浆细胞性乳腺炎手术疗效的影响。方法:回顾性分析2006年9月至2011年9月入住郑州大学一附院乳腺外科的60例术后病理证实为浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的治疗方案并随访,观察术后复发率。结果:术前辅助治疗组21例术前肿块缩小,9例无明显缩小,术后28例患者伤口愈合良好,2例愈合欠佳;直接手术治疗组10例患者术前肿块缩小,20例无明显缩小,20例患者术后伤口愈合良好,10例愈合欠佳。随访期内前者4例复发,后者9例复发。结论:术前辅助治疗可有效缩小浆细胞性乳腺炎肿块并可改善术后伤口愈合情况。

Objective： To explore the effect of the preoperative adjuvant therapy on plasma cell mastitis. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 60 patients＇ therapy.They received treatment in Breast Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2006 to September 2011.They were chosen to be the objects of the study,and their postoperative pathological diagnosis were plasma cell mastitis.We did follow-up and observed recurrance rate of them. Results： In preoperative adjuvant therapy group,21 patients＇ tumor size reduced while 9 patients＇ tumor size didn＇t change before operation,28 patients＇ wound healing were good while 2 patients＇ wound were poor healing.30 patients received operation directly,of which 10 patients＇ tumor size reduced while 20 didn＇t change before operation,20 patients＇ wound healing were good while 10 poor healing.During the follow-up period,4 patients given preoperative adjuvant therapy relapsed while 9 patients given operation directly relapsed. Conclusion： The preoperative adjuvant therapy can reduce the tumor size before operation and improve the wound healing of patients of plasma cell mastitis after operation.
