前列地尔、肾康注射液联合治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效观察

Combinative treatment of chronic renal failure with alprostadil and shenkang injection

目的:观察联合前列地尔注射液与肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的疗效。方法:将CRF患者86例随机分为2组:A组43例,采用常规综合治疗;B组43例,给予前列地尔注射液、肾康注射液治疗。测定A组和B组治疗前后患者的血清肌酐(Cre)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(UPro)、芳香酯酶(ArE)和血脂、脂蛋白等项目。结果:B组与A组在临床症状、体征改善以及临床生化指标改善方面存在着显著性差异,前者优于后者。结论:在治疗慢性肾衰竭时,联合使用前列地尔注射液与肾康注射液具有明显的治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Alprostadil and Shenkang in the treatment of chronic rend failure（CRF）. Methods： 86 cases of CRF patients were randomly divided into two-group：A group（43 patients） were treatmented with routine therapy;B group（43 patients）,Alprostadil and Shenkang Injection was adopted in B group,contrast the concentration of the serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,24-hours urinary protein（Upro）,arylesterase（ArE）and serum lipid,lipoprotein before and after the treatment. Results： There are markedly difference between the A group and B group in whether clinical sympotoms,physical signs or biomedical indexes. Conclusion： Alprostadil and Shenkang Injection has an abvious therapeutic effect on CRF.
