摘要
针对高铝粉煤灰预脱硅—碱石灰烧结法工艺,脱硅粉煤灰浆液的过滤与洗涤是一个难点,本文引入翻盘过滤机代替平盘过滤机,重点考察了不同温度、浆液是否添加石灰石对滤饼含水率、滤液浮游物的影响,并计算得出过滤机的单位产能,通过比较,翻盘过滤机在生产连续性、产能、滤液浮游物控制等方面均优于平盘过滤机,可在大规模生产中进行使用。
For "the high-aluminum fly ash pre-desiliconization--soda-lime sintering process" technology, the difficult parts are the filtering and watering of desiliconized fly ash slurry. This thesis argues to use the Tilting-Pan Filter to replace Flat Disk-Type Filter in the production, and mainly basing on the influences on water content of filter cake, filtrate solid content, in the condi- tions of whether the slurry is added limestone under different temperatures. With the different iofluence results, the production capacity per hour of the two filters are worked out, and through comparing it is found that Tilting-Pan Filter is better than Flat Disk-Type Filter in production continuity, production capacity and filtrate solid content controlling. So the results show that Tilting-Pan Filter can be used the in large scale production instead of Flat Disk-Type Filter.
