正交试验法优化速派颗粒中牡丹皮活性成分提取工艺

Optimization on the extracting process of tree peony bark from Super granules with orthogonal design

目的:优化速派颗粒中牡丹皮活性成分的提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷和丹皮酚为指标,通过正交试验考察不同因素和水平对提取工艺的影响。结果:芍药苷的最佳提取工艺是70%乙醇、提取温度80℃、乙醇用量12倍、提取时间0.5 h;丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺是蒸馏时间为4 h、收集8倍液量、0℃冷藏36 h。结论:该提取工艺合理、可行,可为大生产提供实验依据。

Objective： To optimize the extracting process of tree peony bark from Super granules.Methods： Orthogonal experiment was carried out with paeoniflorin and paeonol as the detective marker.Results： The optimum extracting condition for paeoniflorin was that adding twelve fold volume of 70% ethanol at 80 ℃ for 0.5 hour;while optimum extracting condition for paeonol was that four hours of distillation,eight fold volume of collection liquid and 36 hours of refrigeration at 0 ℃.Conclusion： The suitable and practicable extracting process could provide experiment data for factory production.
