新形势下海峡两岸在国际社会的合作析论

An Analysis of the Cross-Strait Cooperation in the International Community under the New Situation

在当今国际社会中,海峡两岸既面临诸多挑战也有许多共同利益,在国际社会诸多议题上,两岸都有着广泛的合作空间。如果能从中华民族的根本利益出发,进行积极合作,对两岸来说必然是一个"双赢"的结果,也有利于维护中国的整体利益和两岸中国人的共同利益。两岸应建立合作思维,从争议性较小的议题入手,逐步建构各种机制与平台,务实与稳步推动两岸在国际社会的合作。尽管面临各种制约与挑战,但只要两岸通过互动,不断增进互信与共识,就一定能开创两岸在国际社会互惠与共赢的新局面。

In todays＇ international community,both sides across the Taiwan Strait are not only facing great challenges,but also sharing many common interests.Both sides have extensive fields to cooperate in many subjects.If both sides work together vigorously in the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation,there must be a ＂win-win＂ result,which is conductive to safeguard the overall and common interests of the Chinese on both sides.Both sides should establish a cooperative thinking and can start from the less controversial issues and gradually build a variety of mechanisms and platforms as well as promote pragmatic and steady cross-strait cooperation.Despite facing a lot of restriction and challenges,we will be able to create a new situation of mutually beneficial as long as both sides communicate interactively and enhance trust and consensus constantly.
