摘要
涝害逆境导致菜心叶片及根系细胞保护系统的平衡体系受到破坏。叶片及根系的CAT活性、叶片的POD活性在受涝害的 4d(天 )内逐渐提高 ,第 4天开始急剧下降 ,第 6天开始缓慢回升。根系的POD活性出现先降后升的现象。叶片的SOD活性在受涝害的前 4d(天 )逐渐提高 ,后 4d(天 )逐渐降低 ,根系的SOD活性出现降—升—降的现象。随着涝害程度的加剧 ,叶片的ASA与MDA含量逐步增高 ,植株的生长发育所受到伤害越来越严重。
The effects of waterlogging stress on plant growth,activities of SOD,POD,CAT,ASA content and MDA content were studied in flowering Chinese cabbage ( Brassica campestris L. ssp. Chinensis var. utilis Tsen et Lee). The results indicated that catalase (CAT) activity of leaves and roots,and peroxidase (POD) activity of leaves increased gradually in 4 days of waterlogging stress,but at 4th day they began to decrease sharply,and they rised again after 6 days of waterlogging stress. The POD activity in the root system increased gradually in 2 days of waterlogging stress,then increased gradually. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of leaves increased gradually within 4 days of waterlogging stress,but decreased rapidly after 4 days of waterlo gging. The SOD activity in root system resulted in phenomena of decreasement increasement decreasement. During the waterlogging stress,antiscorbutic acid (ASA) content and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in leaves increased gradually. The data suggested that the equilibrium system of activated oxygen eliminated were destroyed in flowring Chinese cabbage because of waterlogging stress,and membrane lipid peroxidation was enhanced and the growth and development of plant was inhibited markedly.
