With the development of IC Cards Gas Meters,Management System for Gas-sales by IC Cards on Web Services has been designed for managing function of the area sales and cost accounting for Gas Company.In this article,the writer introduces the system design and fulfilling process in detail.The application practice indicates that the system can successfully control the charging management and cost accounting and bring great convenience to the end-users and Gas Company.
