摘要
以现代计算机管理为背景,从人力资源管理过程中员工的选聘录用、薪酬管理、员工管理、保险福利、能力开发、考核、人事调整、日常工作管理等信息流的分析入手,引入了在处理大量信息流的过程中应用计算机管理的必要性及广阔前景。
This paper basing on modern computer management starts with the analysis of the hiring staff recruitment,compensation management,employee management,insurance and welfare,capacity development,assessment,personnel adjustment,daily work management and other information flow in the process of Human Resource Management,and leads in the necessity of the application of the computer management in dealing with a large number of the information flow and bright future of the application.
