This article describes how to use PLC and integrated VBS script of Siemens WinCC V6.2 monitoring software to record real-time test parameters to the database in the engine test line and finally print out with the form of reports by the user query.The Ssystem is controlled by the PLC,the real-time data is collected in the form of variable label by WinCC using Siemens dedicated channel,and then a VBS script is used to write standard SQL statements to insert the real-time information into the database.To achieve access to the database by using the ADO control and display the query results by using Microsoft standard,visual control of ListView.The sSystem is running well,and we can easily collect,store,view the motor test data.
