黄河三角洲区域产业协调发展是全面推进高效生态经济区建设亟待解决的问题,也是优化全省区域经济发展格局和增强黄河三角洲地区整体竞争力的关键之举。无论是利用相似系数、区位商和差异度指数分析黄河三角洲区域的产业发展,还是通过结构差异度指数测算该区域产品生产,均可得出"差异度系数较低,产品相似度较高",即黄河三角洲区域内产业同构现象较为显著。因此,转变地方政府观念,建立区域政府协调发展机构,推进区域企业一体化发展等措施将有助于黄河三角洲产业协调发展目标的实现。

Coordinated development of industry is not only in favor of comprehensively promoting construction of efficient ecological economic zone,but also to make for optimizing the pattern of regional economic development of the whole province and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the Yellow River Delta.Whether to use similarity coefficients and location quotients and difference index to analyze industry or production in this region,we can conclude that ＂the difference index is low,the product high similarity＂,that the convergence of industrial structure is more significant in the Yellow River Delta.Therefore,to change the concept of local government,to build the coordinated development institutions in the region,to promote development of regional enterprise integration or other effective measures will contribute to coordinated development of industry in the Yellow River Delta.
