摘要
研究了羟磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂溶液与正构烷烃以及与沙特原油间的界面张力,系统考察了羟磺基甜菜碱的耐温性、耐盐性和稳定性。实验结果表明,羟磺基甜菜碱的等效烷烃碳数为12;随着NaCl质量分数的增加,羟磺基甜菜碱溶液与正构十二烷间的界面张力先下降再升高,并在NaCl质量分数为5%~7%时,体系能够达到超低界面张力;与沙特油田原油间的测试结果表明,质量分数为0.1%的羟磺基甜菜碱溶液在30~90℃和NaCl质量分数为2%~10%时均能达到超低界面张力,具有较高的界面活性,且在180 d内界面张力能够保持超低,稳定性良好。
Interfacial tension between the hydroxyl sulfobetaine surfactant solution and normal paraffin hydrocarbons as well as Saudi crude oil was studied.Heat resistance,salt tolerance and stability of the hydroxyl sulfobetaine were investigated systematically.Experimental results indicated that the equivalent alkane carbon number of the hydroxyl sulfobetaine surfactant is 12.The interfacial tension between the hydroxyl sulfobetaine surfactant and normal dodecane decreased firstly and then increased,with the increase of the NaCl mass concentration.When the NaCl mass fraction ranges from 5% to 7%,the systems could achieve an ultra-low interfacial tension value.When the temperature range is from 30 to 90 ℃ and NaCl mass fraction is from 2% to 10%,the hydroxyl sulfobetaine surfactant solution with mass fraction of 0.1% could reach ultra-low interfacial tension with the Saudi crude oil.Such results showed that the hydroxyl sulfobetaine surfactant had high interfacial properties and good stability.The ultra-low interfacial tension could retain more than 180 d.
