气相色谱法同时测定化妆品中15种防腐剂

Simultaneous determination of 15 kinds of preservative in cosmetics by gas chromatography

建立了同时测定化妆品中水杨酸、山梨酸、苯甲醇、苯甲酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、溴硝丙二醇、脱氢乙酸、4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯、4-羟基苯甲酸乙酯、4-羟基苯甲酸异丙酯、4-羟基苯甲酸丙酯、4-羟基苯甲酸异丁酯和4-羟基苯甲酸丁酯等15种防腐剂的气相色谱分析方法。采用Agilent GC-7890A气相色谱仪,配HP-5色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm×2.65μm),对沐浴露、洗发露、润肤乳和皲裂膏样品进行测试。结果表明,检测的相对标准偏差为0.3%～4.7%,平均回收率为86.3%～103.4%,标准曲线的相关系数均达到0.997以上,15种防腐剂的检出限分别为0.3,6,1.3,10,1.5,1.4,1.1,10,6,0.5,1.5,1.5,1.5,1.2和1.2 ng。

A method for simultaneous determination of content of 15 kinds of preservative in cosmetic products,salicylic acid,sorbic acid,benzylalcohol,benzoic acid,methyl isothiazolinone,2-phenoxyethanol,chloro-methyl-isothiazolinone,bronopol,dehydroacetic acid,methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,isopropyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,isobutyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and butyl 4-hydroxybenzoate by gas chromatography was established.Agilent GC-7890A with HP-5 column（30 m×0.53 mm×2.65 μm） was adopted as the main instrument.Tests on samples of 4 varieties of cosmetics,bath shampoo,hair shampoo,moisturizing cream and anti-chaping gel were conducted.Results showed that relative standard deviations lies between 0.3% and 4.7%;the recoveries lies between 86.3% and 103.4%;the correlation coefficient achieves higher than 0.997;and the limit of detection for the 15 kinds of preservative is identified as 0.3,6,1.3,10,1.5,1.4,1.1,10,6,0.5,1.5,1.5,1.5,1.2 and 1.2 ng respectively.
