方志文化从来都是小众文化,局限于社会精英阶层,传播和利用极为有限。在建设社会主义文化强国的今天,方志界内外都提出了方志文化大众化的问题,并开始了方志文化由传统的小众化向当代的大众化转变的探索与实践。在党和国家深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的时代背景下,方志界应当抓住机遇,争取将方志文化纳入国家文化发展战略,成为国家文化发展战略的有机组成部分,从国家文化发展战略的高度规划方志文化的发展和建设,进一步推动方志文化的科学发展,为经济建设、社会发展和社会大众服务,为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献应有的力量。

Local records culture has always been a minority culture,restricted to the social elite stratum,with extremely limited propagation and utilization.In today's atmosphere of constructing socialist cultural power,the issue of popularization of local records culture has been raised by people both inside and outside the local records circle,and explorations and practices have been started to transform local records culture from the traditional minority mode to the contemporary mode of popularization.Against the backdrop of the age when the Party and the state is deepening cultural systematic reform and pushing forward the great development and great boom of socialist culture,the local records circle should seize the opportunity,and try to integrate local records culture into the state's cultural development strategy,making it an organic integral part of the state's cultural development strategy.The development and construction of the local records culture should be planned at the high ground of national cultural development strategy,further pushing forward to scientific development of local records culture,serving for economic construction,social development and the social public,and making its due contribution to the great revival of the Chinese nation.
