热轧板坯库自动化系统的研究与设计

摘要 热轧板坯库作为连铸和热轧生产工序中间的缓冲环节,其自动化水平的高低将影响到钢铁企业生产的连续性和生产的成本。以马钢第四钢轧总厂热轧板坯库为例,分析了板坯库中存在的问题,研究出了入库优化模型,并运用到项目中,减少了库内板坯倒垛次数,统一调度运输链中的辊道和行车进行协同作业,提高了作业响应速度,保证库内各项物流作业及时顺畅地完成。 As the slab yard is a buffer between continuous casting and hot-rolling, its automation level affects the production smoothness and production cost. Based on the slab yard for hot-rolling at Masteel's No. 4 Steelmaking Works, problems existing in the yard were analyzed and optimized model for slab entry and exit was studied, which has been applied in production. As a result, the number of slab stack shuffling has been reduced and the operation of roller table and crane in the delivery chain has been better coordinated, improving operation response speed and ensu- ring smooth material flow in the yard.
