运用ERP质量管理的原理,结合马钢质量管理的现状,从质量计划、质量检验、质量控制到与同期实施的马钢信息化管理中的生产、销售、采购、物流管理模块及MES、LES、QS等三级子系统的集成和资源共享来论述马钢质量管理的具体功能的实施和优化。

From quality planning, inspection and control to production, sales, purchasing, logistics management module and integration and resource sharing of MES, LES and QS 3-level sub-systems in Masteel＇s information man- agement system, the implementation and optimization of specific functions of the quality management of Masteel are discussed using the principle of ERP quality management and in light of the current state of Masteel＇s quality manage- ment.
