摘要
马钢股份公司计划财务部依托整体ERP(BW)系统,集成了多个模块的功能,牵头开发了基于SAP平台的月度财务预算系统,应用于公司月度生产经营计划的效益评审工作,在企业经营决策中发挥了重要的作用,取得了良好的效果。
Relying on the entire ERP （BW） system and integrating the functions of various modules, the planning and financial department of Masteel initiated development of the monthly financial budget system based on SAP plat- form. It has played an important role in operation decision-making and brought good results after application in the monthly performance assessment of production and operation planning of Masteel.
