物流在钢铁企业的生产成本中占有非常大的比重,物流组织的效率对企业的生产成本影响较大。物流信息化是对货物流动过程的控制,从而降低成本、提高效益的管理活动,是现代物流的灵魂,是现代物流发展的必然要求和基石。介绍了一个物流管理系统的设计方案及实现,取得较好的效益。
Logistics occupies an important proportion in the production cost of steelmaking enterprises and the effi- ciency of logistics organization has a great effect on the production cost. Logistics informatization reduces cost and im- proves profitability through management and control of material flow processes. It is the soul, inevitable requirement and cornerstone of modern logistics. The design scheme of a logistics management system and its realization are intro- duced here, which has brought good benefit.
