摘要
主要介绍了运用ABB变频器DTC直接转矩控制技术实现对转炉倾动的控制。该控制方式具有良好的低频特性,合理运用主从负荷平衡,实现了4台电机转矩的一致,倾动控制采用转矩宏(T-CTRL)。
The DTC direct torque control technology of ABB converter is used to control BOF tilting. As the control method has good low-frequency performance, torque consistency of four motors is realized with master-slave load bal- ancing reasonably used. Moreover, torque macro （T-CTRL） is adopted in the tilting control.
