摘要
基于万能工具显微镜工作区域内,突破传统检测方式;利用量值传递系统表和逆向思维方式,结合我公司现有技术资料,打破AAR-1B宽轮缘校验样板(公样板)无法检测的现状;并讨论此种检测方法的可行性,最终通过不确定度评定得到验证,此检测方法是可行的。
Based on the operation range of the universal tool microscope, breakthrough was made in traditional measurement mode. Quantity transfer system table and reversed thinking were used in light of Masteel's existing tech- nical data to break down the predicament of unable to measure the AAR-1B wide-flange template (common) for check. The practicability of this method was discussed, which has been proved by uncertainty assessment.
