摘要
文章概述了涉及亚洲栽培稻亚种间亲和性而进行的广亲和基因 S-5n的遗传育种学研究 ;S-5非等位不育位点及其中性亲和基因研究和配子体基因及其中性亲和基因的研究 ,并对中性亲和基因的利用提出了基本设想。
The paper reviewed the studies on the genetics of wide compatibility gene S 5 n at S 5 locus on chromosome 6,the neutral alleles at sterility loci for mitigating inter subspecific hybrid sterility,gametophyte genes and their neutral alleles for mitigating gamete abortion or selective fertilization of male gametes in the distant crosses of rice.The author also discussed the utilization of these neutral alleles in hybrid rice breeding.
