内蒙古库布齐油蒿固定沙丘土壤微生物数量的季节动态分布研究

Distributions in Number of Soil Microorganism in Fixed Sand Dunes with Artemisia ordosica in the Kubuqi of Inner Mongolia.

对内蒙古库布齐油蒿固定沙丘土壤微生物数量的季节动态分布进行了研究。结果表明 ,(1)好气性细菌和放线菌数量的季节动态分布是秋季 >春季 >夏季 ,秋季分别是春季和夏季的2 .8倍和 3.2倍 ;(2 )芽孢细菌数量活动强度的季节动态分布是秋季 >夏季 >春季 ,从春到秋依次加强 ;(3)厌气性细菌数量的季节动态分布是秋季 >夏季 >春季 ,秋季分别是夏季和春季的 1.7倍和 2 .3倍 ;(4 )真菌数量的季节动态分布是夏季 >秋季 >春季 ,夏季分别是秋季和春季 1.3倍和1.5倍。反映出土壤微生物各类群数量变化均有明显的季节性。

The seasonal distribution in number of soil microorganism in the fixed sand dunes with Artemisia ordosica in Kubuqi of Inner Mongolia were studied. The results is as follows: (1) The order of seasonal distribution in number of aerophile bacteria and actinomyces were autumn>spring>summer, the number in autumn was 2.8 times as much as that in spring and 3.2 times as much as that in summer; (2) The seasonal distribution in number of spore forming bacteria was autumn>summer>spring; (3) The order of seasonal distribution in number of anaerophile bacteria was autumn>summer>spring, the number in autumn was 1.7 times as much as that in summer and 2.3 times as much as that in spring; (4) The order of seasonal distribution in numer of fungi was summer>autumn>spring, the number in summer was 1.3 times as much as that in autumn and 1.5 times as much as that in spring.
