摘要
无极汞灯的特性因素包括紫外光辐射强度、剂量、峰辐射、光谱分布、红外辐射、聚焦和反射罩等,通过控制和改变这些因素可以拓宽紫外固化的窗口。阐述了无极汞灯的这些特性因素对紫外固化的影响。
The characteristic factors of the electrodeless mercury lamp include UV radiance, UV energy, peak radiation, spectral distribution, IR radiation, focus and irradiator etc., which can be controlled and altered to open up the process window of UV curing. The influences of characteristic factor for electrodeless mercury lamp on UV curing were described.
