摘要
冻云中液态水滴的中值直径是影响飞机结冰的一个重要参数,选择合适的喷嘴用于模拟冻云显得尤为重要。采用马尔文Spraytec喷雾粒度分析仪对两种不同孔径的喷嘴进行了详细的实验研究,在最小中值直径工况点进行了粒度分布分析。研究发现中值直径随气压的增加而减小,在气压和水流量变化时喷雾锥角稍有波动,但变化范围不大。
For aircraft icing, the MVD of liquid droplet is an important parameter in icing cloud, therefore, suitable nozzle selected for the icing cloud simulation become very important. Experimental investigation was carried out on two different aperture atomizers using Malvern Spraytec droplet analyzer and the droplet size distribution was analyzed at the minimum MVD condition. The result showed that MVD will decrease gradually with increase of air pressure; the spray cone angle has a little undulation when air pressure and water flux change.
