从夏桂成教授对先兆流产病机认识、临床特点、治法方药等方面,探析了夏老师对本病诊治的独特经验。夏老师认为安胎要重视心-肾-子宫轴系统调治,并要重视健脾和胃以安胎,还要重视临床特点和证治规律,提出了先兆流产主要证型的治则治法、处方用药和复杂证型的辨治要点。

The paper explored Prof.Xia＇s unique experience in miscarriage prevention from the his understanding of miscarriage,clinical characteristics,treatment and prescribing.Prof.Xia thinks that to prevent miscarriage,one should pay attention to the regulation of the heart-kidney-uterus system,invigoration of the spleen and harmonization of the stomach,as well as its clinical characteristics and treatment pattern;he also mentioned the keys for syndrome differentiation at treatment methods,prescribing and complex syndromes of miscarriage.
