穿龙薯蓣的年龄鉴别及无性繁殖研究

穿龙薯蓣 (Dioscoreanipponica)是无性繁殖能力较强的多年生缠绕性草本植物。通过根茎的芽痕及其不均匀性可以判别其年龄和单株寿命。穿龙薯蓣无性繁殖的正交试验研究结果表明 :根茎的年龄是影响生根率的最关键因素。 1～ 2龄最易生根 ,不仅生根率高 (82 % ) ,而且根系的发育也较好 ,是实现人工扩繁的最佳材料。ABT生根粉对促进生根有一定影响 ,特别对根系的发育影响较大 ,但对生根率的影响不显著。穿龙薯蓣的无性人工繁殖不采用药剂处理即可达到良好的效果 ,其根茎薯蓣皂甙元的含量不受年龄的影响 。
