摘要
用溶液培养的方法研究了不同供锌水平对玉米幼苗生长发育和锌含量的影响。结果表明 :锌浓度在1 0 -8~ 1 0 -5mol/L范围内 ,随着营养液中锌浓度的提高 ,玉米苗的长势越来越好 ,生长的最适供锌浓度为1 0 -6~ 1 0 -5mol/L ,生长的最差营养液锌浓度不是 0 ,而是 1 0 -8mol/L ;茎叶的锌浓度 ,在供锌水平为 0~1 0 -7mol/L时 ,随着供锌水平的提高而降低 ,在供锌水平为 1 0 -7~ 1 0 -5mol/L时 ,茎叶锌浓度则随着供锌水平的提高而升高 ;根的锌浓度 ,在供锌水平为 0~ 1 0 -5mol/L范围内 。
The effect of supplying different levels of Zn on the growth and Zn concentration of maize seedling was studied in greenhouse in solution culture The result indicated that with solution Zn concentration increased during 10 -8 ~10 -5 ?mol/L , the maize seedling grew very well The most suitable Zn concentration was 10 -6 ~10 -5 ?mol/L However, the Zn concentration in which maize seedling grew worst was not zero, but 10 -8 mol/L When solution Zn concentration were in 0~10 -7 mol/L, Zn concentration of shoot decreased with that of solution increased Whereas Zn concentration in the 10 -7 ~10 -5 ?mol/L , Zn concentration of shoot enchanced with that of solution increased When solution Zn concentration were in 0~10 -5 ?mol/L, root Zn concentration enhanced with solution Zn concentration increased
