摘要 结合我国开展村庄低碳建设的需求,对村庄低碳建设的目标途径和碳排放评价方法进行研究。通过对农村CO2排放量关联分析,建立基于控制碳源、扩充碳汇、减少碳排放量的村庄低碳建设总体目标,提出以低碳规划、低碳建造、低碳能源和低碳交通为重点的村庄低碳建设实现途径。通过分析村庄低碳建设的碳排放源,建立村庄低碳建设的碳排放基本计算公式,分别提出在村庄建造节能和农户生活节能、村庄生产建设节能和土地绿色利用两种方式下的碳排放量计算方法,进而划分村庄低碳建设的效果评价基准和水平等级。通过堰河生态村建设项目实际评价应用,结果表明,该评价方法可较好反映村庄低碳建设状况,具有可操作性。 Combining with the need to carry out low-carbon construction in rural village of China,the paper studies the approach of low-carbon construction and carbon emission evaluation for rural village.Through correlation analysis of carbon dioxide emissions,the paper puts forward the overall goal of low-carbon construction in rural village with the core of carbon source control,carbon sink expansion and carbon emissions reduction,proposes the ways to achieve the goal of low-carbon construction in rural village focus on the low-carbon planning,low-carbon construction,low-carbon energy and low-carbon transportation.Through analyzing carbon emissions sources of low-carbon construction in rural village,establishes the basic formula of carbon emissions and calculation methods of carbon emissions from two manners,the manner of energy-saving construction and farmer living and the manner of energy-saving village production and green land use way,sets up the effect evaluation criteria and classification level for low-carbon village construction.With the low-carbon construction case study of Yanhe eco-village at Hubei province,the paper proves the significant effect of carbon reduction from low-carbon construction and the operability of carbon emissions evaluation method.
