摘要
本文以建筑模板类专利为研究对象,参阅大量在我国申请公开的模板类专利文献,并选定2007年至2009年三年间各子分类的专利文献,总计245份专利,通过应用TRIZ理论,对其进行要点的提取、统计、分析。本研究发现,模板类专利技术创新过程中应用频数较高的5个改善工程参数(即可操作性、物质损失、强度、时间损失、制造精度)、3个恶化工程参数(即可制造性、装置的复杂性、物体外部有害因素的敏感性)和应用频数较高的5个发明创造原理(即预先作用、分割、合并、复合材料、中介物),对这些规律的探索有助于加快建筑业的技术创新步伐。研究结果对实践有以下启示:一是模板类技术创新的主要发展方向是多用途、易操作,同时能够节约建材,达到节能环保的目标;二是采用模板的可组装化和复合材料是实现前述目标的重要途径。
Construction template patents are researched by collecting public available template patents in China's Mainland between 2007 and 2009.The 245 patents are analyzed according to TRIZ theory.The most often utilized engineering parameters and innovation principles are identified based on the extraction of main patent information and statistical analysis.It is found that five improvement engineering parameters(i.e.ease of operation,loss of substance,strength,loss of time,manufacturing precision),three deterioration engineering parameters(i.e.ease of manufacture,device complexity,external harm affects the object) and five innovation principles(i.e.preliminary action,segmentation,merging,composite materials,intermediary) are used with the highest frequency.The findings will help construction industry to improve innovation capacity.There are two practical suggestions from the current research: firstly,the main development direction of construction template innovation has multiple functions and is easy to be operated,additionally,construction materials and energy consumed can be saved;secondly,the assemblage of construction templates and composite materials are the important methods to realize the above goal.
