藏系绵羊乙酰辅酶A合成酶2基因的生物信息学分析 被引量:1

摘要 对藏系绵羊乙酰辅酶A合成酶基因进行测序和序列分析,以期为近一步研究该基因及相关基因家族功能等研究提供素材.用Illumina HiSeq 2000测序技术获得ACSS2基因,进行生物信息学分析.结果显示:藏系绵羊ACSS2编码基因全长2106个bp,编码701个氨基酸。将测序获得的藏系绵羊ACSS2编码核苷酸及氨基酸序列分别与GeneBank中公布的牛、人、野猪、小鼠、大鼠这5种动物进行序列同源性比对,发现核苷酸序列同源性分别为97.9%,91.3%,90.9%,88.3%,88.1%,相应的氨基酸序列同源性分别为98.7%,93.7%,91.3%,92.2%,92.3%.表明动物的ACSS2基因具有高度保守性,种间差异较小. This paper conducts sequencing and sequence analysis to gene of acetyl-Coenzyme A synthetase(ACSS2) in Tibetan sheep,in order to provide materials for the further research on the gene and related gene-family's function and other researches,and gains ACSS2 gene via Illumina HiSeq? 2000 sequencing techniques.The result shows that ACSS2 encodes the gene of Tibetan sheep of 2106 bp and encodes 701 amino acids.A comparison is made between the nucleotide and amino acid sequence of Tibetan sheep ACSS2 encoding,which is a result from gene sequencing,with cattle,human,wild boar,mouse and rate in sequence homology,which are all promulgated in GeneBank.It turns out that the nucleotide sequence homology is 97.9%,91.3%,90.9%,88.3% and 88.1%,and the amino acid sequence homology is 98.7%,93.7%,91.3%,92.2% and 92.3%.It shows that animals' ACSS2 gene is highly conservative and of little interspecific diffence.
