摘要 目的:比较不同基源川贝母中总皂苷的含量以及抗炎作用.方法:采用重量法测定各种基源的川贝母的总皂苷含量,并通过角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀实验及对小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响观察几种川贝母的抗炎作用.结果:不同基源川贝母的总皂苷含量为1.35%-2.52%,其中川贝母的含量较高,太白贝母的含量偏低.川贝母、暗紫贝母、太白贝母和梭砂贝母均能减轻角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀;降低小鼠毛细血管通透性.结论:6种基源川贝母的总皂苷含量具有一定差异.川贝母、暗紫贝母、太白贝母和梭砂贝母均具有一定的抗炎作用,其中以暗紫贝母的作用最强. Objective: To determine the total saponins contents of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus of different origins,and to compare their anti-inflammatory effect.Methods: Total saponins of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus of 6 origins are determined by weight method.Various inflammatory models,including the paw edema induced by carrageenan in rats and the permeability increase of blood capillary induced by acetic acid in mice are used to explore the anti-inflammation effect of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus with different origin.Results: The contents of Saponins in 6 species plants of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus are 1.35%-2.52%.Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don,Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiaoet K.C.Hsia,Bulbus Fritillariae and Bulbus Fritillariae Taipaiensis decrease the permeability of celiac blood capillary,and reduce the paw swelling induced by carrageenan.Conclusion: Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus of different pecies exhibits obvious anti-inflammatory effects,and Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiaoet K.C.Hsia is most effective.
